Service Agreement

1. Introduction
Welcome to TrueClean GTA! By booking or receiving our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect between TrueClean GTA (“we,” “our,” “us”) and our valued clients (“you,” “your”).
2. Services Provided
TrueClean GTA provides professional cleaning services across the Greater Toronto Area, including but not limited to:
- Residential Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaning
- Commercial & Office Cleaning

3. Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments can be booked online or by phone at (647) 961-3250.
- We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance.
- For same-day or emergency service, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
- Please provide accurate property details and access instructions when booking.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is provided before service begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: E-transfer, Credit Card, or Cash.
- A 50% deposit may be required for first-time or large-scale jobs.
- Recurring clients may request weekly or bi-weekly invoicing.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Less than 24-hour notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling within the same week is subject to cleaner availability.
6. Access to Property
- Clients must ensure cleaners have entry access at the scheduled time.
- If we cannot access the property, a $50 lock-out fee may apply.
- Clients do not need to be home, but TrueClean GTA is not responsible for unsecured property after cleaning.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely happy with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no extra cost.
8. Health & Safety
- We use professional, safe, and effective cleaning products.
- Please inform us of allergies or product preferences before your appointment.
- For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture, clean hazardous materials, or reach beyond safe limits.
9. Liability & Damages
- TrueClean GTA is insured and committed to handling your property with care.
- Report accidental damage within 24 hours of service.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items.
10. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. All personal and property information is kept strictly confidential and never shared or sold to third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
TrueClean GTA reserves the right to update or modify this Service Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
